ESLWAVE operates as an online platform that connects teachers, schools, employers, and recruiters. ESLWAVE is not an employer, recruitment agency, immigration sponsor, or contracting party in any employment or business relationship between users.

AI Document Processing
When you choose to upload a resume or job posting to fill in a form automatically, the document is sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic, PBC, United States) only to extract the form fields. The uploaded file is not stored and is discarded immediately after extraction. Data sent through the provider's commercial API is not used to train its models. You can always fill in the form yourself instead.
10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
